Learn how to reset the nervous system through breath, massage and mental relaxation.

This session is intended to deepen the understanding of the bodies core layers.
Learn how to increase the strength and flexibility of the back, integrate massage techniques to improve overall circulation and locate adhesions that prevent a correctly functioning back.

Hatha Yoga
Renee will lead the group through a relaxing, releasing yoga session.
Shoulders Not Boulders
This session will take the group through a deconstruction of shoulders, neck and upper back. Learning the anatomy of the rotator cuff, and how to strengthen and re-align the intricate shoulder and neck tissues.
Reset for text neck, shoulders and jaw.
Establishing new techniques to sooth, re-hydrate, eliminate stress, and improve posture.
